The bohushneuro.com site is owned and operated by individual entrepreneur (FOP) [full name of the FOP], tax ID [IPN/EDRPOU], registered address: [address] (the "Administration"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Purchases of courses, meditations, digital materials and books are governed by the Public offer and the Refund policy; data processing — by the Privacy policy.

This is a translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Ukrainian version prevails.

• A personal account is created to access purchased materials. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all actions taken from your account.
• Course access is personal: sharing sign-in details or using one account for several people is not allowed.
• If these Terms are breached, the Administration may restrict or terminate access to the account.

All Site materials — texts, video and audio recordings, meditations, methods, graphics, logos and course names — are protected by copyright under the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights".

Buying a course grants you a non-exclusive right of personal, non-commercial use. Copying, screen-recording, downloading, distributing, reselling or publicly showing the materials without the right holder's written permission is prohibited.

The academy's materials are educational and are not medical care, diagnosis or treatment. They do not replace a consultation with a doctor or psychotherapist.

Hypnosis, meditation, breathing and body practices may have contraindications (including epilepsy, severe mental disorders, pregnancy and cardiovascular disease). If you have a health condition, consult a doctor before you start. You perform the practices consciously and at your own risk.

• do not disrupt the Site or try to gain unauthorised access to other people's data or closed materials;
• do not post offensive, unlawful or advertising content in comments and communities;
• respect other participants and the confidentiality of what they share while studying.

The Administration works to keep the Site running but does not guarantee the absence of temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, providers or force majeure (including martial law and power outages).

Learning outcomes depend on each participant's individual traits and effort, so no specific result is guaranteed. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; the Administration is not responsible for their content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, in the manner prescribed by law.
