Public offer

This document is a public offer under Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. Seller: individual entrepreneur (FOP) [full name of the FOP], tax ID [IPN/EDRPOU], registered address: [address] (the "Seller").

Placing and paying for an order on the Site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer under Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. From acceptance the contract is deemed concluded in writing.

This is a translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Ukrainian version prevails.

• Site — bohushneuro.com in all its language versions.
• Buyer — a legally capable individual who places an order on the Site.
• Digital content — online courses, video and audio recordings, meditations, e-books and other materials accessed through an account on the Site.
• Books — printed publications physically delivered to the Buyer.
• Goods — Digital content and Books together.

The Seller undertakes to provide the Goods (grant access to Digital content and/or hand over Books), and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them on the terms of this offer. The description, contents, format, access period and price of each item are stated on its page on the Site.

• The Buyer adds items to the cart and provides a name, email, phone and, for Books, delivery details.
• The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. Order confirmation and access to Digital content are sent to the email given.
• The Seller may contact the Buyer to clarify the order.

• Prices are shown on the Site in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). Book delivery is not included unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is made online via WayForPay by Visa / Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods available on the payment page.
• The Buyer's payment obligation is fulfilled once the payment service confirms the payment.
• After payment the Buyer receives a fiscal receipt (e-receipt) as required by law.
• The Seller may change prices; the price of a paid order does not change.

• Access opens in the Buyer's account automatically after payment is confirmed — usually within minutes, and no later than 24 hours.
• The access period is stated on the product page; if none is stated, access is provided for as long as the Site operates.
• The Buyer receives a non-exclusive right of personal, non-commercial use. Sharing access, copying, recording or distributing the materials is prohibited and may lead to termination of access without refund.
• Viewing requires a stable internet connection and a modern browser; the Buyer checks the technical requirements independently.

• Books are delivered within Ukraine by Nova Poshta: to a branch, a parcel locker or by courier.
• Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. Delivery time is set by the carrier (usually 1–3 days).
• Delivery is paid by the Buyer at the carrier's rates on receipt unless stated otherwise on the Site.
• On receipt the Buyer checks the parcel's integrity and the number of books. If it is damaged, a report should be drawn up at the carrier's branch and the parcel refused.
• Ownership and the risk of accidental loss pass to the Buyer on receipt. International delivery is available on prior agreement.

Returns follow the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" and the Refund policy.

• Books in proper condition may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt if unused and in their original condition. Return shipping is paid by the Buyer.
• Defective books (printing defects, damage) are replaced or refunded; shipping is then paid by the Seller.
• Digital content. The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of payment if they have not started using the content (no lessons opened, no materials downloaded). When ordering, the Buyer agrees to immediate access and acknowledges that once they begin using the Digital content (watching, listening or downloading) the right of withdrawal is lost — in line with the exceptions for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium and for audio/video recordings provided by consumer protection law for distance contracts.
• If access to paid content cannot be provided for technical reasons attributable to the Seller and the problem is not fixed within 7 days of the Buyer's request, the full price is refunded.

The Seller shall: grant access to paid Digital content and deliver Books of proper quality; keep the Buyer's personal data confidential; handle the Buyer's requests within 14 days.

The Buyer shall: provide accurate data, pay for the order, comply with the Terms of use and respect the copyright in the materials.

The parties are liable for non-performance under the laws of Ukraine. They are released from liability where non-performance is caused by force majeure (hostilities, power outages, network failures, acts of authorities, etc.), provided the other party is notified. The Seller is not liable for the results of the Buyer applying the knowledge gained.

By accepting the offer, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data for the performance of the contract in accordance with the Privacy policy and the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

Disputes are settled by negotiation. A claim may be sent to the Seller's email and is reviewed within 14 days. Failing agreement, the dispute is resolved in court under the laws of Ukraine. The Buyer may also contact the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
